Current 9th and 10th Grader Opportunity at Clemson University

We are thrilled to announce that the interest surveys are now open for Tiger Alliance and the Clemson Career Workshop Programs at Clemson University! These programs provide an incredible opportunity for high school freshmen (Tiger Alliance) and sophomores (Clemson Career Workshop) to develop leadership skills, engage in academic enrichment, and explore future college and career pathways. Please take a look at the flyers I've attached and the information below.

If you or someone you know is looking to grow academically, build valuable skills, and be part of a supportive and inspiring community, we encourage you to fill out the interest survey!

About the Programs:

  • Tiger Alliance (TA): A co-ed college access initiative to foster academic readiness, leadership, and college access for high school students, particularly those interested in pursuing higher education. The program provides mentoring, resources, and experiences to help students succeed in their academic and career goals. This initiative is open to high school students in the Upstate of South Carolina starting their 9th-grade year and tracks them throughout high school.

  • Clemson Career Workshop (CCW): A co-ed outreach program that aims to expose high-achieving high school students to higher education, specifically Clemson University and its offerings. We recruit current high school sophomores. Students must be ranked in the top 20% of their high school. Opportunity is open to students nationwide. We track these students as they go into the summer before junior year and through high school graduation.
