Juniors and Seniors,
We are partnering again this year with the University of Georgia's Department of Advertising and Public Relations in the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication to offer select internships to juniors and seniors. Students will be expected to meet weekly at Grady College for approximately 1 hour Wednesday evenings. The internship runs September 2022 - April 2023. Below you will find links providing an overview of the internship, as well as the link to the application that is open today.
Talking Dog, a full-service, student-led advertising and public relations agency, matches interns with UGA student teams serving national and local clients. Past clients have included Coca-Cola, Hotel Indigo, The Backpack Project, White Tiger Gourmet, Porsche, and many others. Interns should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will complete the internship having gained experience in various areas such as: project management, advertising, public relations, digital media production, photography, research and copywriting.
Each intern will be placed on a team of 6-8 UGA students who will be assigned to a national or local client. Interns will be paired with a mentor on each client team and will be working under Rachel Ziner, Director of Intern Relations, for Talking Dog.
Applications open on Monday, August 22 and applying is easy!
